I did not know, until yesterday, that Egrets went to the beach. I had a great time taking shots of this one feeding in the waves. It was a real joy to watch.

My wife and I decided to take a last minute trip to New Smyrna yesterday evening. I am glad we did. There were a lot of birds out "fishing" and many more flying around and running with the waves. It was a blast.

I really liked how I was able to get the bird, its reflection and its shadow.

My first night in Melness (at the very top of Scotland) was beautiful...

I said to myself; all I really want is a sunset over my favourite beach, and I got it straight away yey!
