Pickleball is a paddle sport created in Bainbridge Island, Washington Pickleball . It is best described as a cross between tennis and ping pong Pickleball Rule . The sport was named after the creator's dog, Pickle.
It is played on a court that is about 2/3 the size of a tennis court Pickleball Equipment . A ball similar to a Wiffleball, made with a more rigid material and having smaller holes, is used Pickleball Paddles . Traditionally wooden paddles are used but often lightweight fiberglass paddles are also used.
